ICBA has teamed with enetrix to provide a subscription-based, on-demand salary survey product to meet the specific needs of Community Bankers. The survey is designed to give you a competitive edge by providing the most accurate national, regional, state, and local pay information available. Participation is free and open to qualifying Community Banks. Covering key executive banking jobs, plus a variety of jobs across functional areas, the ICBA Salary Survey provides critical pay data to meet your needs year round. You can participate at any time and refresh your data when it is convenient for you. The ICBA Salary Survey Program consists of two distinct surveys: the Bank Employee Salary Survey and the Key Management Salary Survey. You may complete each survey with a Data Spreadsheet or with a Paper Survey.
